5-19-12 Alabama Recap. What a show thanks to all who came out for the KMS Drift Kick off in Huntsville!!

KMS Drift slid in to Huntsville Alabama on May 19, 2012 for the first event in over 5 years. Over 30 competitive thrill seekers showed up to make smoke and fine tune their skills. Winners of the event: Crowd Favorite- Matt Schroeder , Driver Favorite-DJ Thornton, Most Smoke- Tyler Durham, Best Ride along- Tyler Durham, Hard Luck-Wise Fab 240sx, Most Improved- Danny Nguyen, KMS Pick/Kiss Ass-Bryan Schiraldi, Location Pick-Leon Borden, Best 2 Car Tandem- Matt Schroeder and Hooman Rahimi, Love Tap Scott Busby and Wes Patterson.

2 more events are set for this location in 2012 July 28th Night Drift and October 27th Halloween Drift event.

Car Show & Car Meet: Over 90 cars showed up to display the rides and competed for trophies and prizes. Evewry thing from a Tricked out Supras, Lambo’s and Rolls Royce to Civics and SUV’s.

SPL: Loudest SPL for the day was a 150.00DB by Roger Riddle

Hundreds of fans from all over swarmed to watch this growing sport and to support the Relief for Japan Effort. Food sales were provided by Huntsville Hammers Arena League Dancers. MONSTER the official energy drink for KMS Drift kept everyone fueled up and cooled down under the hot Bama sun.
